This tiny flashy colt really favors his sire which has been a favorite show horse of Lauren’s for years, LR Phantom’s Secret Storm.   He is a Reserve World Champion Fine Harness Driving and Adult Showmanship along with many high point showings, a son of Silver Meadow’s Phantom Storm one of the breeds outstanding driving champions.  Looks like it is a match that we should stick with.  SpishSplash is Nova’s’s first foal and looks like a wonderful start as a broodmare.  She is by Lauren’s fantastic champion “Guinness”, Lymrick’s Irresistible Force and out of a daughter of Little America’s Tiny Overo, Little America’s Overo’s Reynosa, who is a fantastic color producer.

It was a rainy muddy night and the beeper had been going off since 7 in the evening, but I couldn’t find anyone laying down.  Luckily Armando and Nancy were watching and called when they got to the barn and persuaded me not to come out to the barn because is was so muddy and slippery, hence forth the name, SplshSpashl! It was only a few hours after the Artemis II astronauts splashed down.
