Little America’s BoleroDream Zodiac

We sure were excited to welcome this little guy, a tiny buckskin pinto colt with a whole lot of personality packed into a very small package. He may be little, but he already thinks he owns the place.  He was foaled when Tony was in rehab after surgery.  While there he met a wonderful lady, Dr. Dee Whittilesey, who was very big in the Arabian Horse industry years ago.  When I posted a picture of the two of us on Facebook I had several of my miniature horse friends comment on her and her outstanding accomplishments with her farm, Zodiac Farm.  We found that Dee had made four trips to Russia importing Arabians to the USA and some twenty years ago I sent 16 of the first miniature horses to Russia and we found som many other things in common that made rehab actually fun, which seems impossible. Just two horse crazy people.   So this colt deserves a very special name and so in honor of Dr. Dee, I am naming him Zodiac!!!  May he make us both very happy!

Zodiac is sired by Los Arboles Boleros Sweet Dream and out of Little America’s Guinness Buttermilk. He is refined, TINY (14.5″), and absolutely full of himself already. This colt loves to run and show off, and he can really cover the ground for one so tiny.  He is also plenty spunky. If you touch his hind end, you’d better be paying attention because he already has a little kick ready for you. He keeps us laughing and has that bold attitude that makes these special ones so much fun to raise.  With so many champions on both sides of his pedigree people will stand in line to see this one.
