Chop Chop

The tiniest of the tiny ones!

Little America is known worldwide for some of the tiniest and most well conformed miniatures anywhere.  We have shipped to over 15 foreign countries and from coast to coast including Hawaii and Alaska.  This colt, and others similar to him are why we have gotten that reputation.  He is only 18.5″ at the age of eleven weeks.  How many of you have new born foals that tiny?  To top it off his sire has three AMHA World Championships himself and Chop Chop’s dam is a World Champion 28″ and Under Mare as well as Reserve World Champion Produce of dam.  A paternal half sister to this boy was also Heritage World Grand Champion herself and PQ has around 15 get which have World Champion and Reserve titles.

This tiny little colt is out of one of our finest and tiniest mares ever.  She was a very successful show mare finishing as the World Champion Senior Mare 28″ & Under in 2021 and in  a three way tie for Reserve World Champion Amateur Mare 30″ & Under & Reserve World Champion Produce of Dam in 2020.  This guy has all the signs of being the same World caliber of his sire and dam.  He gets his name from Alexa.  When Choctaw went into labor I had Alexa announce that Choctaw was going into labor at our house and Lauren’s.  Lauren sent me a screenshot of the announcement that appeared on her TV screen:

He is so tiny he can walk under his 27″ mother!

At the World Show he became a fan favorite and after his class a whole group gathered to take pictures with him  Laughingly calling themselves his Fan Club.

His parents were World Champions 28″ & Under

Weeks after the show, he is the favorite of our long time manager, Armando’s grandson.  Not sure which one is getting the most exercise!

Chop Chop’s sire, PQ, is a three time World Champion and has already produced multiple World Champion and Reserve Champions, and the top prize, The Heritage World Grand Champion.  Maybe this little guy will continue the heritage.
